The moment your baby is born is often one of the most beautiful and, at the same time, one of the most overwhelming experiences of your life. So much happens, both within your body and around you, that it’s completely normal if parts of it feel like a blur afterward.

Photographs can help bring those memories back to life. They allow you to revisit your birth story in your own time and at your own pace, noticing moments you may not even have realised were happening. They will last as a tangible reminder of the incredible moment you brought your little one into the world.

With care and discretion, I document your birth story as it unfolds, allowing you and your partner to stay fully present with each other and the arrival of your baby. My role is quiet and respectful; I’m simply there where your story happens, whether that’s at home, in hospital, or in theatre.

Our journey begins with a relaxed pre-baby meeting during your pregnancy: over coffee, on a video call, or whatever feels most comfortable for you. From 38 weeks onward, I’ll be on call for you, ready to make my way to your chosen birth space whenever your baby decides it’s time. Day or night, weekday or weekend, I’ll be there.

When I arrive, I quietly blend into the rhythm of your birth, moving gently and intuitively so you can stay focused on each other and the incredible work your body is doing. You’ll never need to look after me or worry about time; I’m not on the clock. I stay for as long as your story takes to unfold, whether your baby arrives in an hour or many hours later.

Nothing is ever off-limits. I document the big moments and the small details, your doula’s gentle hands, your partner’s expression, the tears when you hold your baby for the first time — all the pieces that make your story truly yours.

After your baby’s arrival, I’ll remain for a few hours to capture those tender first moments: the first feed, the first checks, the weighing, the tiny clothes being put on, and perhaps the first introductions with siblings or loved ones. These are the details that often pass in a blur but mean the world when you look back.

Afterwards, your photographs are carefully curated and delivered in a private, password-protected gallery, a blend of colour and timeless black and white. Each photograph is an honest reflection of your story.

I approach every birth with deep respect for you, your body, and the incredible work it’s doing.

Before your baby’s arrival, we’ll have as many in-person or virtual consultations as you’d like, ensuring that you and your partner feel completely comfortable with my presence. Just like your midwife, I want to take the time to truly get to know you, so that when the big day comes, it feels like having a trusted friend in your birth space.

Every birth package includes a maternity photography experience, a gentle way to celebrate your journey and honour the strength and transformation of your body throughout these nine remarkable months. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to get used to having a camera nearby. You’ll see how it looks, how it sounds, and how quietly it can blend into your space, helping it feel natural and unintrusive when the time comes to document your birth.

By the end of your birth documentation, your full story will be beautifully told, from the quiet anticipation of pregnancy to the powerful moment your baby enters the world.

Birth documentation begins at £1,210, with several thoughtfully designed packages to choose from, each offering something a little different to suit your family’s needs.

Every booking begins with a 25% deposit to secure your place on my calendar. From there, you can choose the package that feels right for you, whether that includes newborn photography, videography, or a combination of both to tell your story in full.

I want this experience to feel accessible and stress-free. That’s why I offer interest-free pre-payment plans for up to 8 months before your due date. Booking in advance allows you to spread your investment into manageable, bite-sized payments, so you can focus on preparing for your baby’s arrival, knowing everything else is taken care of.
