You are only pregnant with this baby once. And the first days after they arrive go faster than anyone tells you (cause unfortunately it is a cliche, but one that is very true!)
Bump to baby brings both together: a maternity photography experience at a location of your choosing (at home/outdoors or at the comfort from the studio in Glasgow), and a newborn photography experience at home or at the studio, once your baby is here.

Why book them together
By the time your baby arrives and is safely in your arms, you already know how I work. So the newborn photography experience feels easy and familiair, with nothing to explain and nothing to organise while you’re running on very little sleep.
We plan both sessions at the beginning. We set a date for your maternity experience, discuss outfits and locations, while we make a rough estimation of the newborn photography experience depending on your due date. I will make sure to stay in touch once the little one has arrived, so that we only take the newborn photographs when your family and your little one feel ready.
Your Maternity Photography Experience
Choose where it feels most like you: my Glasgow studio at Brook Street, your own home, or the Scottish outdoors. You’re welcome to borrow from the client wardrobe, and I’ll help with styling and posing, so all you have to do is show up and relax.
Your Newborn Photography Experience
You get to decide if you would like to have those early days documented from the comfort of your home, but you are of course also welcome to come to the studio. The newborn photography only takes place when you and your family feel ready; this can be 48 hours after the little one is born, a few weeks or a few months after.
The same experience and care, regardless of which package you choose.
Every session includes the same preparation, the same attention, the same unhurried pace. What changes between packages is only the number of photographs you walk away with, and whether a luxury album is included.

When you book the Bump to Baby experience, you don't need to confirm an exact date for your newborn session yet. A rough estimate is enough. Birth doesn't always go the way we expect: you may need more time to recover, or simply not feel ready. The newborn session happens when you are ready, and not a moment before. That flexibility is always built in.
Your gallery arrives within three weeks of each session. You can spread the cost with interest-free payment plans of up to 12 months.
